Soapy Smith (Ian Hart)

Soapy Smith

Played by Ian Hart

Soapy Smith is an opportunist looking to turn any situation into a buck. He has no interest in mining for gold. His goldmines are the miners themselves, their naiveté and their misfortunes. Sometimes charming, but always untrustworthy, he moves about Dawson and the mining camps with ease. But that all changes when the law comes to town.
